1 General Terms & Acceptance

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. jom2play will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to an unauthorised party.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

jom2play accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. jom2play strictly prohibits the use of illegally obtained funds or the use of another person's payment method without their authorisation.

4 Withdrawals & Requirements

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by members who meet the following conditions:

• Account has successfully completed identity verification (KYC)
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (except in certain circumstances with approval from our team)
• No betting activity currently pending at the time of application
• The wagering requirements (if any) for bonuses received have been fully met

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games provided by jom2play using software from certified providers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems have been independently audited to ensure genuine fairness and randomness in every game outcome.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the server records of jom2play is final and cannot be disputed. Technical failures during gameplay — such as internet disruptions or unexpected application closures — will be resolved based on the game status recorded on our servers.

• The use of automated software (bots), hacks, or any unfair method to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited
• Bets placed during a known technical disruption may be voided
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final
• Jom2play reserves the right to reject or void bets that are suspicious or in breach of market rules

7 Account Security

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between you as the user and jom2play as the platform. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone

• Report to us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security

8 Prohibited & Restricted Use

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of repeatedly claiming bonuses

9 Account Suspension & Closure

jom2play reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Self-exclusion requests activated by the member
• Instructions from regulatory bodies or legal authorities

12 Intellectual Property

• Using the brand name "jom2play" for commercial purposes without prior approval

13 Amendments to Terms & Conditions
